RIGOL oscilloscope probes

Passive, active, differential, high-voltage, current and logic probes for RIGOL oscilloscopes. 44 products, each with RIGOL's US list price and quoted on request.

The probe often limits a measurement more than the scope does. Passive probes (10:1) cover general work up to a few hundred MHz and usually come with the scope. Active probes extend bandwidth and reduce loading for fast edges. Differential and high-voltage probes measure across floating nodes safely, which is essential for mains-powered and switch-mode circuits; never clip a passive probe's ground to a floating node.

Current probes measure current without breaking the circuit, from DC-capable Hall-effect probes for power supplies and motor drives to higher-current models for power electronics; RIGOL's RP100xC current probes need the RP1000P power supply. Logic probes such as the PLA2216 connect a scope's built-in digital channels to a board.
